Process

Hello All! We are counting down days to when Daddy gets here.
"Four sleeps" Victoria said to me today.
We had an interesting conversation today.
She said, " mum, when Dad comes will we go to a hotel?"
I said, "Not at first...Daddy comes in on Tuesday and on Tuesday night we get to go on a bus to travel up North" (12 hours...pray for Dave...15 hours of travel by air...9 hours at Beacon House to meet his kids, see me, meet staff...then onto a night bus to Bolga....MY MAN IS THE BEST!)
*you will be able to see "the process of what is happening for the Blaske Family as you listen to the conversation, between the two of us*
I told her that we will spend "Wed-Thursday In Bolga visiting her family, then back to Accra on Friday"
She said "then where...guest house?"
I said , "yes"
She looked at me and said " I only have four more sleeps at Beacon House."
she is a smart little girl!

We sat for a long time and talked about how she felt about that...it was conversation with long pauses and lots of thinking.
Her family here at Beacon House is just that, "family"
Her family up North is a well.
We are coming into some great times of learning, talking, seeing and remembering as we travel and start to seperate from Beacon House. (of course we will come back here a few times before we leave....to say good byes and to be prayed over...(can not wait for that)
John....well John is so busy singing "George, George, George of the jungle" that we do not have many long conversations...however we do have LOTS of funny tickle times and so many LONG hugs I have to put him down.
LOVE his way of bringing life into any situation!
Today we were able to pick up our visa medical reports we need for our visa appointment, (YEAH)
I was also able to go to Delta and get my ticket changed and add the kids on as well!
(well...not pay for them yet...but got all the details added to our itineray)
Very helpful Delta agent and the most AMAZING water cooler and AC....Evelyn and I took our time.
So 3 taxi's later we were back....ready to rest!
I had Banku and cabbage stew....cold water and a rest. GOOD DAY!
So, we continue to count "sleeps" and know that God is wrapping things up and we are covered and BLESSED!

We are counting "sleeps" (actually the mommies count Tuesdays and Fridays at LLL) here in the U.S. for when we all get to see you and love on the kiddos. Can't wait to hear more stories!
